Student Feedback Mechanism on Institutional Governance/ Faculty Performance
|
Each year students are asked to give a detailed opinion about each faculty through printed questionnaire. This evaluation will help the teachers to make self assessment and can improve their knowledge and method of teaching. If the marks scored by a faculty are below a particular level he/she may be asked to discontinue while in the probation period. If the faculty is a permanent member his/her increment will be blocked.

Grievance Redressal Mechanism for faculty, staff and students
|
There is a provision for the redress of grievance at four levels. Complaints shall be brought to the notice of the teacher concerned in the first instance. If the student is not satisfied with the decision he/she may appeal to the Department Grievance Redressal Cell, which has as members, the HOD, the teacher-in-charge for that particular class and the teacher concerned. The student will also have the freedom to make further appeal to the college level Grievance Redressal Cell. There is a Universal level Redressal Cell too.
